All MPA must be wholly compliant with Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015, specifically Standard 4.
2. First Review of MPA

When the checklist is completed, it must be signed and dated by the creator of the MPA.
3. Second Review of MPA
Another member of staff conducts the same review using the same checklist. If the MPA is approved it is entered into the Register of Approved Marketing, Promotions and Advertising Material.
4. MPA entered into Register
The MPA is entered into the Register of Approved Marketing Promotions and Advertising Material.
5. Review date is Scheduled
Once entered into the Register of Approved Marketing, Promotions and Advertising Material a review date is scheduled in the shared calendar for six (6) months time.
The Review Process
To ensure that all MPA is current and up to date, all MPA should be reviewed at least every six (6) months from the date of the MPA being approved.
Review dates must be scheduled into the shared calendar.
Monitoring Material Published / Distributed by Other Organisations
It in not intended that third parties will be engaged for publishing or distribution, as advertising will be entirely digital (Google & Facebook) and managed internally.
If an external party were to be engaged, they would be required to comply with this policy and the processes identified. External parties will be subject to the same process of review as internal staff.
