The purpose of this document is to guide the process of enrolment from initial enquiry to the enrolment of a prospective student.
1. Enquiry Received
An enquiry is received from a prospective student.
Prospective student is provided with:
- Course Fact Sheet
- Contact Details of CEO / Enrolments Officer
If proceeding, referred to Initial Interview.
2. Initial Interview
Prospective student conducts phone interview with CEO to answer questions and conduct a preliminary assessment of course suitability.
Student is provided with
- Learner Handbook
- Learner Enrolment Form
- Student Fees, Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Complaints & Appeals Policy
If proceeding, referred to Learner Suitability Review.
3. Learner Suitability Review
Prospective student will either:
- Complete an LLN Assessment; or
- Demonstrate LLN by demonstrating study at equivalent level or above.
- Learner Suitability Review undertaken by Enrolments Officer
If proceeding, prospective student is given Enrolment Offer.
4. Enrolment Offer
Student is made an offer of enrolment, and provided with:
- Learner Handbook (again)
- Learner Enrolment Form
If enrolment received, it is processed and invoice is raised and sent to Learner.
5. Payment Collected
Learner is asked to make payment for their first unit, or group of units.
6. Onboarding and Training Plan Provided
Learner is onboarded to the IBO systems and processes and is given a personalized training plan.
Once a Learner has completed the Enrolment Process, they are considered an enrolled Learner.
